Are these products legal to sell in my dispensary?

Yes. Our products are manufactured in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resource’s hemp processing and manufacturing guidelines, as well as the MA Cannabis Control Commission’s Guidance for Hemp Products. For non-MA cannabis establishments, check with your local and state laws in regards to importing out-of-state hemp cannabinoid products.

In regards to our Full Spectrum products that do contain THC, they are also legal to be sold to dispensaries and retailers.

Do you grow the hemp yourself?

The cultivation of the hemp is the only aspect of the supply chain that Bay State Hemp does not take part in. We source our input biomass material from MDAR and USDA  hemp farmers and only purchase certified industrial hemp crops that meet our strict standards for quality.

Do you produce Delta 8 THC?

No, it is not legal in Massachusetts for an MDAR processor to produce and transfer Delta 8 THC.

Are your products legal in my state?

Because the majority of our finished products contain non-detectable or under 0.3% levels of THC, they are deemed federally legal and produced in compliance with Massachusetts’s approved USDA state plan. We can ship our products to all 50 states as well as all US Territories.

Are you licensed?

Yes. We are currently licensed and within full compliance with the Massachusetts Department of Agriculture as an industrial hemp processor and product manufacturer. Our license number is #25200133P Bay State Hemp Company.

What is Full Spectrum, Broad Spectrum & Isolate?

Cannabis (hemp) extracts come in various forms dependent on their cannabinoid content.

Full Spectrum: A distillate product that contains mostly minor cannabinoids that contains small amounts of THC. By law, only full spectrum products containing 0.3% or less THC are deemed legal in regards to hemp.

Broad Spectrum: A distillate product contains all minor & rare cannabinoids with non-detectable levels of THC.

Isolate: A single cannabinoid formulation.
