Our products are manufactured in accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Agricultural Resource’s hemp processing and manufacturing guidelines, as well as the MA Cannabis Control Commission’s Guidance for Hemp Products. For non-MA cannabis establishments, check with your local and state laws in regards to importing out-of-state hemp cannabinoid products.

In regards to our Full Spectrum products that do contain THC, they are also legal to be sold to dispensaries and retailers.

No, it is not legal in Massachusetts for an MDAR processor to produce and transfer Delta 8 THC.
