Screw cartridge into a secure 510 connection onto a vape battery. A good suggestion for a device would be our Green Key. If you have a variable wattage or voltage device, set your battery to 6-8 watts or 3.7v-3.8v. You may find higher settings work best for your situation. Press the button on your battery to fire up your cartridge and take a short 1-2 second inhale, then hold it as long as desired and exhale. Pause and notice the effects. Repeat as necessary.
